Gear Pumps

The Gear Pumps uses the meshing of gears to pump fluid by displacement. They are one of the most common types of pumps for hydraulic fluid power applications. It is a PD (positive displacement) rotating pump which assists you to move water otherwise fluid with the help of inbuilt gears. This type of pump includes two or more gears that create vacuum force to drive the liquid within the pump. This pump can be built with different parts like shaft, rotors, and casing. It delivers a smooth pulse-free flow proportional to the rotational speed of its gears. The pumps are used mainly on high-viscosity products where the sample has some lubricating properties.
